The New Laser Methane Smart gas leak detector with touch-screen and camera comes in a heavy-duty case, complete with 2 sets (4 per set) of rechargeable AA batteries, battery charger, nylon strap and Quick User Guide. This unit is Bluetooth-enabled and contains one SD card for data storage/transfer, it can also output data to the cloud server. It is available as a non-Bluetooth enabled handset.

The New Laser Methane Smart gas leak detector with Bluetooth, measurement principle of this equipment uses the characteristics of methane, which absorbs the laser beam (infrared rays) of a specific wavelength (infrared absorption technology). The laser beam directed at targets such as gas piping, the ground, overhead pipe, etc., will reflect back a diffused beam from the target. The device will receive the reflected beam and will measure the absorptivity of the beam, which will then be calculated into methane column density (ppm-m).
